We are pleased to confirm that Alvington House will remain open to see our patients during this most recent lockdown of 2021.
Patient Pre-Screening You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire that will include information about COVID-19 symptoms. Please do not book or attend appointments if you have had symptoms within the last 14 days.
Temperature Check Digital temperature checks will be taken before entering the practice.
Face Mask/Covering Please wear a face mask/covering to your appointment at all times until you are seen by a dentist.
Social Distancing Social distancing measures will be in place throughout the practice except for in the treatment rooms. Please attend your appointment alone unless you require a guardian or chaperone.
Your Appointment Please arrive on time to avoid overlap between appointments. You may be asked to wait outside, or rebook if late. Please do not bring any unnecessary bags or coats into the practice. Do bring a list of your medications to your appointment. Patient facilities will be closed.
Personal Protective Equipment Our practice staff will be wearing the necessary protection at all times, such as masks, gloves and face shields.
Hand Sanitiser & Washing Hand sanitiser provisions will be available at the practice.
Covered Reception Our reception will be covered with a transparent screen to reduce contact with the receptionist. Please only book appointments by email or phone.
Payment We are only accepting payment by card. You may be asked to pay by phone prior to your appointment to avoid unnecessary contact.
